The new Headmaster Mr. N.A. Augusty took over charge from Fr. M.J. Augustine, S.J. on 1st April 2008. The School reopened on 2nd June 2008. The school welcomed the newcomers to the 5th std. through 'Pravesanotsavam'. Award Day was celebrated by the PTA for the meritorious outgoing students of SSLC and Plus Two students on 13th June 2008. Dr. Sudeendra Ghosh, Principal, Govt. Medical College, Calicut was the chief guest. School Youth Festival was held on 13th & 14th August 2008. Dr. Krishnanunni PS, Former student and Kalaprathibha was the chief guest. Around 500 students participated in the different items.
