Fr. Xavier Veliakam, S.J. has been a leading light for the school in all its endeavours. He is the retired Principal of Loyola School, Trivandrum. A known orator, he guides the school through the personal interactions he keeps with the staff and students.

Fr. K.T. Devassia, S.J. was given charge as Principal of Higher Secondary Section in September 2005. Fr. Devassia, an M.A. in English Literature, is known for his passion for teaching English. Eventhough a disciplinarian, he is always there as a friend and guide for all in the Higher Secondary section.

Mr. N.A. Augusty took over charge from Fr. M.J. Augustine, S.J. in April, 2008. Mr. N.A. Augusty with over 29 years of experience, is well known for his administrative skills and keen interest in computers. He has received formal training in counselling and desires to build one to one relationships with students and parents. He believes that such interactions will have a positive impact on a child's character.
